INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Shipping on International Orders will be calculated by size/weight and destination, and will be added to order at time of processing. International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International at actual cost. Charges include all necessary documents for customs. Customer is responsible for any duty, fees, import tax or VAT.

Sales Tax:
California sales tax will be added at a rate of 9.0% to all orders shipped to any California address. A sales tax rate of  9.0% will be added to all orders shipped to a Marin County, California address. If your order is not shipped to a California address, you will not be charged sales tax.  Sales tax is not applied to any shipping or freight charges.

Lead Times
All of our pillows are custom made to order.  When you place your order, we begin production of your pillows.  While this may take a little longer, we know that it is the best way to bring you an outstanding product at very reasonable factory direct pricing.   Please allow production time of 7-10 days plus 3-7 days shipping time to receive your order.
